Bank Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers

 

Hours:

Up to 7 days a week on adhoc basis
Day and night shifts may be available on adhoc basis

Pay:

£11.00 – £12.00 per hour

Description:

GreatPride Care provides a domiciliary care service across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin to service users on a daily basis as and when required.  You will be providing personal care to people in their own homes.

About you: 

You must be able to show empathy, respect, dignity and understanding to our service users and their needs, assist them with any needs they may have.   A kind hearted and compassionate outlook is key to this role.

You could be asked to travel to various homes in a week, so a willing to travel is essential.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS Certificate

Skills Required

Ability to remain patient
Capable of remaining calm in stressful situations
Ability to handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently
Clear communication skills when explaining information
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to work well with others

Qualifications

Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – preferable or full training will be provided
